I had an incredible experience with Tom, my hair looks so healthy and the layering is absolutely perfect. Tom understood exactly what I needed and I am beyond thrilled with the results, The salon itself is warm and welcoming, as are the team. Thank you Tom and Frankie Salon, I’m already looking forward to my next appointment

A visitor to Melbourne and in dire need of a re style I am so grateful to have found Beth. Beth really listens and explains how she will go about fixing an existing sad hair ‘situation’ and create the desired style …. Totally professional, Beth takes the time to get it right with no fuss or unnecessary chatter (thank goodness) I am delighted … thanks Beth … Julie

Great service from start to finish. Offered me a beverage on arrival. Beautiful interiors and relaxing vibe. Just what I want from my haircut.

Really warm and relaxed atmosphere in the salon and from all the staff. Had a small style change with Kiara to shoulder length with long layers and some face framing to try out before potentially going a bit shorter. Very happy with the results and got just what I asked for. She was very friendly and offered advice about styling and volume also. Really good experience.
