Pete is Frankie's Executive Director, owner, and the life of the salon (and the party!). He prides himself on delivering incredible customer service, and his infectious energy and passion are at the heart of every Frankie experience. Pete is currently not taking on new clients.

Gemma is the friendly face behind Frankie, making sure every visit runs seamlessly from the moment you walk through the door. She'll remember your name, make you feel right at home, and is always up for a chat while ensuring you have the best salon experience possible.

Amy is our longest-standing Frankie team member and the salon's go to for just about everything, with years of knowledge and experience to match. Originally from Scotland, she's a true all-rounder with meticulous attention to detail and a love for event styling. Client experience and satisfaction are always her number one priority, and she's always up for a chat no job is too big or too small. When she's not in the salon, she's spending time with her gorgeous daughter, Bonnie.
