Pete is Frankie's Executive Director, owner, and the life of the salon (and the party!). He prides himself on delivering incredible customer service, and his infectious energy and passion are at the heart of every Frankie experience. Pete is currently not taking on new clients.
Gemma is the friendly face behind Frankie, making sure every visit runs seamlessly from the moment you walk through the door. She'll remember your name, make you feel right at home, and is always up for a chat while ensuring you have the best salon experience possible.
Rikki is our Salon Coordinator and one of the friendly faces you'll see when you arrive at Frankie. Organised, welcoming and always happy to help, she'll make sure your visit runs smoothly and you'll be looked after from the moment you walk through the door.
Amy is our longest-standing Frankie team member and the salon's go to for just about everything, with years of knowledge and experience to match. Originally from Scotland, she's a true all-rounder with meticulous attention to detail and a love for event styling. Client experience and satisfaction are always her number one priority, and she's always up for a chat no job is too big or too small. When she's not in the salon, she's spending time with her gorgeous daughter, Bonnie.
Fun, light hearted and easy going. Monica is a universal colourist and has a passion for healthy hair. If your hair is damaged or compromised but you want incredible colour, make Monica your priority. Monica's knowledge of hair care and products is second to none and she will breathe new life back into your hair. Whether you're having a night out on the town or brunch on Bridge your hair won't go unnoticed, compliments guaranteed!
Tony is the ultimate all-rounder, known for his effortless blondes, rich coppers, beautiful brunettes and precision cuts. With his calm, positive nature, love of a chat and eye for detail, he's your go-to for everything from short cuts to elegant, timeless colour. Tony is currently not taking on new clients.
Originally from New Zealand, Katie loves creating beautiful blondes and is our queen of the bouncy, twisty blow wave. With her warm personality, thoughtful advice and eye for detail, she'll have you leaving the salon feeling like the very best version of yourself.
Originally from London, Beth is known for creating beautiful lived-in blondes, rich brunettes and is your go-to for all things curly hair, from curly cuts to styling. She'll teach you how to style and care for your curls at home. With her calm nature, meticulous attention to detail and genuine care, you'll leave feeling confident and loving your hair.
Georgia is our pocket rocket across both South Yarra and Richmond, bringing endless energy and a passion for beautiful blondes, big colour transformations and event styling. From high ponytails and big, bouncy blow waves to precision bobs and long layers, she's a talented cutter who's always ready to help you look and feel your best.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Amy brings a vibrant passion for creativity and connection to every appointment. She loves creating effortless beachy blondes, seamless balayage and sharp bobs, with a natural eye for detail that leaves every client feeling confident and beautiful.
