We use professional salon colour and care systems chosen for healthy hair and soft, lived-in results. Product lines can evolve — ask your colourist at consultation what is best for your hair right now. We also partner with Sustainable Salons (a small sustainability fee applies).

Frankie Signature is our soft, lived-in colour approach — balayage and foils designed for a natural grow-out and healthier-looking hair. Colour is booked with a blow wave or cut so the finish matches the colour work.

Yes. Money-piece and face-framing colour is one of our most-requested looks — soft brightness around the face, often paired with Signature balayage or dimensional brunette. Ask for a money piece or face frame at consultation.

Signature colour is an investment service. As a guide from our current service list:

• Signature full-head balayage/foils + cut: about $720–$800
• Signature half-head + cut: about $620–$700
• Full-head balayage (à la carte): about $365–$400
• Full foils (à la carte): about $315–$350
• Face frame: about $130–$170

Yes. We regularly help clients who have had harsh or uneven colour elsewhere. Colour correction always starts with an honest consultation — we will tell you what is realistic in one visit versus what needs a plan.

Yes. Bhave keratin / smoothing services are available (typically about $450–$650 depending on the service). Ask your stylist whether smoothing suits your hair goals alongside colour.

Yes. Frankie Salon specialises in soft Signature balayage and lived-in colour at both Richmond and South Yarra — focused on healthy hair and honest grow-out, not stripey blonding.

We use a card-on-file / deposit system. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at 50% of the appointment value (confirm the current policy when you book). Please arrive on time so we can protect your appointment length and the next guest.
